To support and drive corrective action efforts. Key Responsibilities and End Results: + Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes. + Perform first article inspection and review visual aids. + Perform defect analysis reporting. + Perform MRB on sustained products. + Participate in CAC meetings – support continuous improvement. + Perform line and product audits. + Assist Quality Engineering in APQP. + Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor. + Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. Job Specifications: + BSc Degree or equivalent 2+ years of experience in Quality role. + Fully competent in Quality Management Standards. + Ability to work in a team environment. + Excellent organizational, communication, computer and presentation skills. + Proficient in MS Office application. + Performance and results driven. + Ability to motivate self and others and work in a team environment. + Excellent initiative and decision-making capabilities. + High level of c-GMP, safe working practices and awareness.
