Job Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance in Serial Production

Ensures quality at all stages of production;

Leads containment and corrective actions, updates related documentation;

Analyzes quality data and conducts VDA 6.3 and LPA audits;

Implements quality policy and maintains control plans;

Nonconforming Product Management

Investigates nonconformities and leads PCA activities;

Manages nonconforming materials and finished goods;

Tracks and reports quality-related costs;

Customer Complaints

Supports 8D process for customer complaints and warranty claims;

Performs other tasks supporting production and quality goals.
