Danfoss High Pressure Pumps (HPP) is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality development and monitoring as a key area in the transformation into a more sustainable tomorrow.
HPP is part of Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment and a fast-growing division and a leading global player within development and manufacturing of energy efficient high-pressure pumps and energy recovery devices, mainly used for production of drinking water.
You will work out of our office in Nordborg, Denmark, as part of our Supply Chain.
As our new Quality Engineer, your main focus will be to establish supplier quality by implementing the necessary procedures and quality tools to ensure HHP product quality and compliance with our standards.
This role offers you the opportunity to influence processes, and we expect you to actively apply your knowledge and expertise.

Define quality improvements projects Ensure that quality and PPAP requirements are understood by our key stakeholders Maintain procedures, processes and tools to secure product quality as a part of our quality management system Deliver training on quality awareness, tools, and Danfoss requirements – both internally and externally Lead and support 8D problem solving, ensuring continuous improvements Support and participate in supplier process auditsBackground & Skills
To be considered for this position, we expect you to have a technical background, combined with at least a few years of working experience with quality management in an industrial manufacturing environment.
