We are looking for a proactive, independent professional with an analytical profile, capable of conducting QA routines, testing, problem investigation and technical support in mission-critical environments. Responsibilities: - Support and maintenance of Oracle BRM systems, with a focus on billing, collection, taxes and accounting. - Performing quality assurance (QA) test iterations and recording the resolution of impediments. - Continuous reporting on the progress of the IBM team's activities to the stakeholders involved. - Active participation in agile ceremonies (sprint review, retrospective) and review of technical artifacts. - Investigating and resolving technical and business problems. - Creation and maintenance of scripts for the DevOps treadmill and support for package deployment. **Required technical and professional expertise** '- Solid experience as a QA in Oracle BRM - Experience with billing and revenue cycle systems. - Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). - Ability to act independently, with initiative and a focus on results. - Ability to clearly communicate progress and deviations. **Preferred technical and professional experience** '- Experience in telecommunications environments. - Familiarity with process automation and DevOps tools.
