The position:
As a quality assurance intern, you will:
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Novo Nordisk standards, and local regulations to maintain product quality and patient safety.Foster a Quality Mindset within the Local Management Team (LMT) to enhance overall quality standards and simplify processes.Act as a Quality Assurance (QA) Approver for Change Requests and Deviations, collaborating with process owners on quality-related issues.Oversee document control, plan audits, deliver training, and support ERP projects as the Local Responsible QA.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing quality guidance that supports product quality.Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a university, or secondary vocational education.At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and pharmaceutical quality requirements.Strong written and oral communication skills in English.Proficiency in standard MS Office.Working at Novo Nordisk:
