Join us! **Job Description:** This job is responsible for analyzing current and emerging issues and producing risk-based insights in support of Bank of America’s strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include developing policy recommendations that inform and guide internal discussions around global challenges. Job expectations include coordinating with key internal stakeholders on important policy issues and supporting the Government Relations teams in building and maintaining relationships with public officials, trade associations and other industry-based organizations. The Policy Analysis & Insights Group serves as a policy clearinghouse that identifies, monitors, and analyzes current and emerging international, federal, and state issues to produce sound, coherent, risk-based systematic analysis, insights, and reporting in support of Bank of America’s policy positions, advocacy, and strategic priorities, working closely with our lines of business, Corporate Social Responsibility, and other partners. We seek a Policy Analysis & Insights Manager who will identify emerging issues and evaluate the potential impact to the enterprise.
