PSC Front Face Agent (Level 6)

**Job Description**
You will lead aspects of transformation and operations, at the business unit level and globally. You work largely within existing partnerships and networks to deliver pre-defined business objectives, while formally managing a team. Your role may also require working within an influence model.

**Required Qualifications**
+ College education degree (in progress to be evaluated)
+ Prior experience in service delivered or MFG environment -- desirable
+ Language skill: Spanish (mandatory)/ Upper intermediate English (desirable)
+ Proficiency in MS Office- Excel Intermediate
+ HR General process knowledge (desirable)
+ 2+years of experience
+ Working on site 100% of the time
+ Availability to change shifts (4x3)

+ Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking.

+ Hight Attention to detail.
+ Handle employee and Internal Areas requests
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide Front Face solution to employee, former employees, and Internal Areas requests
+ Handling employee requests trough by phone, e-mail, chat and System Ticket.
+ Case Management: address complex queries to Tier II and track them to final resolution and getting the feedback to initiator.
+ Knowledge base update
+ Ensure delivery of services attributed to his/her responsibility under Global metrics stablished -quantitative and qualitative.
+ Contact references and perform background checks
+ Quality evaluation alignment
+ Continuous improvements for the stablished process
