Project Manager Professional Internship (m/f/d)

The Junior Project Manager Intern will support the PMO team in tracking and following up on project tasks and activities. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in project management and to assist in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to the PMO team.
+ Organizing and scheduling project meetings: Setting up meetings, sending out invitations, and ensuring that all necessary participants are informed and available.
+ Maintaining project documentation and records: This involves keeping track of all project-related documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, and accessible to team members.
+ Preparing project status reports: Assisting in the creation of reports that summarize the progress of various projects, highlighting any issues or delays.
+ Following up with different stakeholders on task completion and deadlines: Ensuring that stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines and checking in with them to confirm that tasks are being completed on time.
+ Supporting the preparation of reports and assisting in meetings: Helping to prepare reports for executive leadership and assisting in meetings by taking notes, preparing agendas, and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
Qualifications:
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
+ Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
