Your role and responsibilities

This role leads the end-to-end execution of global new product development & launch programs, ensuring milestones, targets, and outcomes are successfully achieved. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, a high degree of ownership and accountability, and a results-driven mindset. Success in this role requires effective cross-functional collaboration, the ability to operate autonomously, and a hands-on approach. It offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to expand their leadership capabilities, accelerate professional growth, and deliver meaningful impact to the organization.The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for:•\tGlobal New Product Development & Launch Program/Project Leadership: Lead complex, global programs from concept to market, managing multiple workstreams and interconnected projects under the programs. Responsibilities occasionally extend to overseeing product phase-out activities•\tCross-functional Collaboration: Align diverse teams around shared objectives, foster a positive team culture, and drive delivery of project goals within established timelines.•\tGovernance & Execution: Manage scope, planning, execution, and monitoring using ABB’s Gate Model, ensuring performance, quality, and budget adherence.•\tRisk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and resolve impediment to ensure agile, resilient program execution and minimize disruption•\tStakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, managing expectations, and leading regular steering committee meetings to align on progress and key decisions•\tProcess Improvement: Promote continuous improvement, contribute to governance enhancements, and apply industry best practices in project management.Our team dynamics You will be part of a dynamic, high-performing team where your contributions are highly valued, and your growth actively supported.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.\tMinimum of 3 years’ experience leading large, complex projects or programs in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Past experiences in product management, Supply chain, R&D, Operations or other functions is highly valued.\tResults-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent prioritization abilities, strong resilience under pressure, and a clear sense of ownership and accountability\tSkilled at synthesizing complex information into clear insights for executive audiences. \tExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across disciplines.\tHigh-level understanding of both software and hardware (mechanical, electronic) development, with exposure to operations and supply chain , general finance principles.\tFamiliar with EMS/ODM/ Brandlable supplier models\tProficient in project management tools to support execution and planning (e.g., MS Project or similar).
