**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SFDC Development and Customization SFDC Configuration and domain expertise in Cheminformatics. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. No travel is required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the planning and implementation of projects related to SFDC Development and Customization. + Oversee the configuration of SFDC to meet the specific needs of the project. + Provide expertise in Cheminformatics to ensure project alignment with industry standards. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. + Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. + Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner. + Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up to date. + Manage project budgets and resources effectively. + Conduct regular project reviews and create detailed reports for management. + Facilitate project meetings and ensure that all action items are tracked and completed. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. + Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. + Provide training and support to team members on SFDC and Cheminformatics best practices. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization. + Must have strong expertise in SFDC Configuration. + Must have domain experience in Cheminformatics. + Should have excellent project management skills. + Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Should be able to work effectively in a team environment. + Should have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. + Should be detail-oriented and highly organized. + Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. + Should have strong problem-solving skills. + Should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. + Should be committed to continuous learning and professional development. **Certifications Required** PMP Certification Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Administrator Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
