Responsibilities
Work collaboratively and proactively with Sales, Strategy, Design/Engineering and Production to develop project plans, set schedules and milestones, determine resources, estimate time and track costs.Manage all aspects of project schedule, ensuring accountability of team membersProject performance reports for team, Account Directors and upper-level managementProgram Status ReportCost AnalysisRevenue ForecastOwn communication and status updates on progress (both internal and external), reporting relevant delays or issues and budget implications to relevant stakeholdersFacilitate meetings and reviews, distributing recaps to team members and project stakeholders identifying next steps and timingRisk ManagementDetermine project priority with Account DirectorsAssess and communicate risks & mitigationAnalyze and control inventory levels ensuring appropriate lead times, lowest possible cost and maximum inventory turns.Qualifications
5-7 years of related experience in project management, production, or operationsProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification or relevant coursework with the goal of obtaining certificationExperience managing multiple complex projects through manufacturing and distributionA working knowledge of manufacturing and print production processes, methodologies, and toolsHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects concurrently and deal effectively with ambiguityExhibit good motivational skills to bring out the best in team membersDemonstrated success in leading and influencing without direct authority at all levels with internal staff and external clientsExperience with inventory management and quality assuranceAbility to think and act quickly making courageous decisions based on facts and prior experiencesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project management applications such as Smartsheet, Asana or JIRA.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
