About the role
The Project Manager: Change Management, will report directly to the Senior Program Manager and work in close partnership with the program leadership team. This pivotal role involves engaging with key stakeholders across Publishing, Operations, and Product teams to drive improvements in submission quality and editorial workflows, ultimately enhancing the experience for Publishers, Authors, Editors, and Reviewers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement customised Change Management strategies across Publishing Business Units, ensuring full alignment with the overarching program vision and objectives;Integrate Change Management methodologies within Publishing Business Units to facilitate the successful adoption of strategic initiatives;Empower Publishers by providing the tools, training, and resources necessary to ensure a seamless transition during full-scale program deployment;Partner with the Senior Program Manager to lead and develop the Change Champions network, cultivating a culture of support, transparency, and advocacy throughout the organisation;Steer the execution of the rollout roadmap, enhancing the skills and effectiveness of Change Champions to serve as influential advocates for the program;Champion the benefits of new initiatives to foster strong stakeholder engagement and secure broad-based buy-in;Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to prepare the organisation for full-scale adoption, ensuring readiness and active participation across all Publisher teams.Requirements
A PhD or a University degree in a relevant scientific field;Experience in Scientific Publishing;Project management experience;Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;In-depth knowledge of the publishing process and current technological developments within the industry;Proven networking abilities and strong business management acumen.Work in a way that works for you
