The Project Management Execution & Coordination Lead is responsible for ensuring effective project management structures and frameworks are in place for ISG Data Solutions, including data quality, financial and regulatory tagging, and scorecards and reporting. This individual will serve as a liaison and communication channel between the central governance team and the individual business domains for project governance and regulatory project management requests. They will oversee project structure, project manager scorecards, data reconciliations, issue remediation, and tagging guidance. They will represent ISG Data Solutions in project management, transformation, and investment-related forums; implement policy and procedural project management changes; and proactively establish increased data quality and reporting. **Responsibilities:** + Oversee Project Tracking System (PTS) program structure and hierarchies + Ensure appropriate linkages between projects and investments and perform monitoring routines to ensure data quality of linkages + Establish and implement reconciliation processes and reporting to enhance PTS data quality and remediate issues + Represent ISG Data Solutions in transformation, investment, and project management forums + Oversee tagging procedures and routines to ring fence projects for financial and regulatory reporting + Produce Project Manager and Senior Management Team project management scorecards **Qualifications:** + Relevant experience in a project management or financial oversight role **Education:** + Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
