The Role: Project Administrator

Join our dynamic Bids & Projects team and gain hands-on experience supporting key PMO activities. You'll help drive project delivery, build your knowledge of project structures (WBS, OBS, RAM, etc.), and work with tools like Excel, Word, PRIMAVERA, and ERP systems.


Key Responsibilities:

Support PMO reporting and delivery cyclesAssist in building and maintaining project structures and schedulesHelp prepare bid and project master schedulesContribute to contract management activitiesAssist with cost and schedule control, reporting, and variationsWork alongside finance to update tasks in ERP systemsClose out project tasks and track schedule progress

Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced teamStrong attention to detail and communication skillsAbility to adapt and pick up new systems and concepts quicklyCommitment to health, safety, and quality standards
