Your mission, roles and responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Program Quality Trainee to join our team and support the Program Quality Leader (PQL) in key activities related to product and process quality during the development phase.
As a Program Quality Trainee, you will:
Assist the Program Quality Leader in daily tasks related to program quality management.Help collect and organize lessons learned from previous projects.Support the preparation and implementation of Control Plans.Help monitor parts conformity and quality throughout development phases.Participate in building documentation for customer approval (e.g., PPAP).Support internal quality audits and customer audits.Assist in the management of quality incidents and deviation requests.Collaborate on improvement plans for internal and customer quality performance.Contribute to best practices sharing across teams and locations.Support communication and follow-up on engineering changes and supplier quality topics.Your profile and competencies to succeed
Profile:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Master's degree in Engineering (mechanical, plastics, or related fields).
Experience:
Previous internship or academic project experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
Basic understanding of quality tools (FMEA, problem solving, functional analysis, etc.) is desirable.Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.Good communication and teamwork skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Organized and able to work in a dynamic, international environment.What we can do for you
