Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) is seeking a Program Manager to join the Commerce Operations team in London. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate execution of pricing, promotions, and packaging changes across WBD’s global direct-to-consumer (D2C) streaming platforms, including Max and discovery+. You will play a key role in driving project execution, maintaining day-to-day operational workflows, and supporting global and regional launches and initiatives. 

 

As a Program Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Regional Business teams to deliver high-quality customer and commercial experiences. You will focus on execution and coordination while contributing to the operational excellence of our global commerce systems. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Project & Program Execution 

Support the planning and execution of pricing changes, content packaging updates, and regional commerce initiatives. 

Manage project timelines, tasks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders and systems. 

Assist with the execution of market launches, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns. 

2. Commerce Platform Management 

Operate internal tools to configure pricing plans, offers, and entitlements for web/direct platforms. 

Assist in the configuration and QA of in-app purchase (IAP) products on third-party platforms (Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, Samsung, Vizio). 

3. Operational Excellence 

Support ongoing content and pricing accuracy checks across multiple platforms. 

Identify and escalate commerce issues in collaboration with Engineering and Customer Support. 

Proactively document and improve operational workflows, standard operating procedures, and knowledge sharing. 

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration 

Coordinate with regional stakeholders in EMEA and APAC to understand market needs and timelines. 

Communicate project updates clearly and consistently across teams. 

Ensure alignment with business, legal, and technical requirements. 

 

Skills & Qualifications 

Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. 

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities. 

Problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. 

Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. 

Familiarity with digital commerce, subscription services, or streaming platforms is a plus. 

 

Experience Required 

3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in D2C, media, or technology industries. 

Experience with digital content platforms, commerce systems, or in-app purchase configuration is a strong advantage. 

Experience working with geographically distributed teams is preferred. 

 

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
