**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience in Delivery Management and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and programs ensuring successful delivery within scope time and budget. Experience in Procure to Pay - Payroll Finance & Accounting domains is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. **Responsibilities** + Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. + Oversee the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. + Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring effective communication and collaboration. + Manage changes to project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques. + Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful completion. + Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. + Ensure resource availability and allocation for the successful execution of projects. + Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. + Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure project success. + Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure project continuity. + Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and stakeholders. + Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference. + Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in Delivery Management and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). + Have experience in Procure to Pay + Payroll Finance & Accounting domains is a plus. + Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Show proficiency in project management software tools. + Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2. + Display the ability to lead and motivate project teams effectively.
