About the Team

Value Management Team is responsible to DELIVER VAVE saving, CONTRIBUTE to division margin, FULFILL OP VAVE saving target. Increased margin and improved cash flow, ENABLE product INNOVATION and new domain technology. 
In addition, Value Management Team also drives needed changes to secure and safeguard our production.

 
What you can look forward to as a Program Buyer (m/f/d):

Identify cost reduction opportunities, assess sourcing needs with the project leader (determine in detail relevant sourcing needs, material requirements, adequate technologies, and allocate in detail target costs and expected quality); Perform total cost analysis, preparing the basis for decision during the project execution phase; Lead Design to Cost activities to achieve target costs (benchmarking, organizing internal and external workshops); Prepare, maintain, and report a consolidated view of the project from the Sourcing & Purchasing perspective; Following the Component Quality Planning ( APQP) process.

Your Profile as a Program Buyer (m/f/d):

Degree in Engineering or an Economic background; Experience in sourcing and purchasing (preferably within automotive); Good technical knowledge would be an asset; Fluent in English, Polish, or German, nice to have; Analytical thinking and result orientation; Good communication skills and assertiveness; Willingness to travel.
