You will be responsible for:
o Organization and management of production processes – Ensuring the operation of the designated production area, efficient allocation of plant capacity and resources, meeting daily and long-term production targets
o Production plan development and monitoring – Establish, monitor and, if necessary, adjust production schedules to meet efficiency and customer needs
o Project management and development support – Active participation in process improvement and efficiency improvement projects, introduction of new manufacturing technologies and solutions, collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams
o Application of Lean and 5S systems – Continuous development of the production area according to 5S principles, maintaining order and organization, as well as supporting loss reduction and optimization initiatives
o Layout development and capacity expansion – Optimize your shop floor layout and workflows to increase transparency and efficiency
o Performance management and team development – Management, performance evaluation, motivation and development of subordinate employees, development of individual and group training plans
o Quality assurance and occupational safety – Strict adherence and enforcement of quality and safety standards, cooperation with the quality assurance team for continuous improvement
