What You’ll Do:Participate in harvest activities such as preparation, drying, shelling, husk oversight, product unloading, and other relevant processesPerform production activities such as seasonal preparation, seed sampling, truck unloading, conditioning, treating, packaging, rework, product return, and other processes including leading work areasAccurately monitor highly automated equipment for processes such as harvesting, conditioning, treating, and packingUse automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks (computers and iPads)Product return and sorting activitiesComplete warehousing activities including forklift operation, collecting samples, pooling, etc.Various other duties as assignedEducation:You have your High School Diploma/GED OR are willing and able to obtain your GED within twelve (12) months of hire as a condition of employmentWhat Skills You Need:You have a proactive work ethic and good time management skills!You look at problems to find a solution and love solving them!You are comfortable with technology and possess good a computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company-specific applications as required You value working as a team; you are proactive, communicate concerns, and are accepting of changeYou can work independently, multitask, and maintain an organized workplace.You have at least one year of education and/or experience in operations, manufacturing, agriculture or warehousingYou are willing and able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation: Climb and/or work in elevated areas, Stand, and sit for extended periods, work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions, lift up to fifty (50) lbs., and perform work that involves repetitive motion and liftingYou uphold health and safety to the highest standard!
