Proactively spot and eliminate hazards to create the safest workplace possible for you and your teammates. + Deliver Flawless Quality: Own the quality of every product you touch, ensuring it meets our exacting standards and exceeds customer expectations. + Handle with Care & Strength: Safely lift and move raw materials, finished goods, and packed items using the right tools and techniques to keep production flowing without a hitch. + Keep It Spotless: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace that fuels productivity, pride, and safety every single day. + High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 2 years of work experience. + Able to read, interpret and follow work instructions. + Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another as business needs warrant. + Outstanding teamwork – must be able to work successfully and effectively with others. + Technical Capacity required. + Working knowledge of computers is preferred. + Able to stand, sit and walk throughout an entire shift. + Able to lift up to 50 pounds. + Able to use hand tools. + Able and willing to work a modified shift as needed. + Able and willing to work multiple shifts as needed. + Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
