Join our team as a Production Team Leader! We are seeking dedicated individuals to lead, direct, and support our Assembly Team Members safely and efficiently. The role involves coordinating and communicating with other departments, following safe work methods, and adhering to the principles of our Employees’ Charter and plant standards. What we are looking for:

High School diploma or GEDPost-secondary education preferred, or related experience

Preferred qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentMinimum of 1 year of leadership and supervisory experienceAbility to promote healthy employee relations in the workplaceKnowledge of OSHA and DOL compliance guidelinesMust be willing to obtain weld certification and forklift certification
