As a production supervisor, you will report to production manager. Base Jiangmen Plant. You will manage a team of 12 people.

负责车间的日常管理，包括安全、质量、交货期、人员、设备等Responsible for the daily management of the workshop, including EHS, quality, delivery, staff, equipment.根据生产计划，合理调配人员和设备，组织安排生产工作；According to the planning schedule, organize operators to complete the production tasks on time.统计分析车间每日、月、年的生产数据，提高生产效率；Analyze the daily, monthly and yearly production data, improve the productivity.识别和主导安全、质量、成本相关的改善项目；Identify and lead improvement projects like EHS, quality, and cost saving.与各职能部门(仓库、质量、维修以及技术等)紧密协作，保持生产正常运行；Work with cross-functions to drive production move smoothly.负责直接下属人员的绩效考核和培训指导；Do performance evaluation and operational guidance to the direct subordinates.熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系；Ensure IATF16949 quality system running well.

Requirements: 

在化工生产行业3年以上管理工作经验;At least 3 years managerial experience in chemical industry能看懂简单英文资料，熟练使用办公软件;Able to read simple English materials, proficient in office software;熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系;Familiar with IATF16949.良好的沟通能力，良好的部门协调能力;Good communication and coordination skills.大专以上学历;College degree or above
