The Production Responsible will coordinate with various departments to optimize production efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Supervise and support production staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize production output.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on production performance, issues, and resolutions.
