Roles and Responsibilities

To produce quality parts, on time, the first time to meet or exceed our customer requirements, while supporting the Magna Employee’s Charter and the policies and procedures of Kamtek. Responsible for supporting safety, quality, and productivity while adhering to KAMTEK’s plant standards and upholding the Magna Employee’s Charter.

Essential Functions:

Perform tip changes and TPM activities as required for each work station.Perform the required tasks at the current cycle time on each work station to help ensure assembly meets our customer demands.Must be a team player willing to work on any job or area in which you are trained or being trained.Maintain proper documentation of production and inventory using our CMS system.

Knowledge/work experience

High School Diploma or GED required6-12 months previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
