Production Line Operator

生产线操作

•      负责CSB挤压线的每日操作

•      使用相应的检查表对设备进行每日检查,有任何需要修改、替换、调整或改变PM程序的,必要时通知HTC工厂经理或HTC技术经理。根据指示维护、替换或修理零件或组件

•      维护所有相关的质量记录以符合现有的质量程序手册标准

•      拆卸和重装模具和挤压物以清洁和保养

•      通过贴标签和计算材料,维护库存准确性

•       维护一个干净且有组织的工作环境,确保程序运作有效,产品无瑕疵

•      需要时在生产区域完成特别的项目

•      根据批准的包装方式和标准包装所有成品

•      根据需要为程序和设备排除故障

•      维持生产过程控制;通过解决问题,提高产量、减少报废和挤压过程成本

•      参与CSB团队会议来建议操作改进并付诸实践,使质量产品的有效生产实现最大化

•      持续展现诚实且真诚的行动

•      保持机密-随时确保可获取的信息仍保持机密性

•      避免可能有利益冲突的情况产生

 

   检查&测试

•      使用电子、模拟和数字测量仪表来确保产品的一致性。

•      目视检查产品,和已建立的标准来比较,确定其一致性。

•      搁置不合格或存有异议的产品

•      维护SPC图表,对消极趋势进行生产调整

 

   报告&管理&其他相关职责

•      维护所有质量记录,符合现有的质量程序手册标准

•      完成最终检测报告、库存准确报告和生产力报告

•      需要时准备质量证明

 

   培训

•      需要时根据HTC工厂经理的要求培训其他员工

 

   健康&安全

•      贯彻和遵守依合斯健康安全政策和流程,并遵守现行的当地法律;通过教育维持一个安全,健康和整洁的生产环境

•      向生产组长即时汇报任何实际或潜在的不安全情况.

•      我的安全我负责,不在厂区内的非吸烟点吸烟。未经允许,不在厂区内动明火,不登高和不动电,不违章指挥和/或不违章作业。

•      认真贯彻执行健康安全环保生产方针和政策,严格遵守和执行国家法律、法规和普睿司曼集团或中国区规定的安全生产职责。

•      根据公司要求,完成本部门的健康安全环保相关的培训教育。

•      安全合理组织生产活动,做到安全生产活动,相互制止生产活动中的违反安全生产制度和安全技术操作规程的行为,杜绝违章。

•      根据部门经理要求,完善本部门岗位设备安全操作规程,落实操作规程的培训。

 

   团队协作

•      协助其他团队成员为团队效力,以实现相应的团队成果

•      进行团队协作,使生产工艺和产品有持续的进步
