職務内容：プロダクトスチュワードシップ＆レギュラトリー（PS&R）
私たちのPS&R（プロダクトスチュワードシップ＆レギュラトリー）チームは、持続可能な社会の実現に向けて、日本国内の法令（化学物質審査規制法（化審法）、労働安全衛生法（安衛法）、毒物及び劇物取締法（毒劇法）など）および海外の化学物質関連法規の遵守を主な目的とし、多岐にわたる化学物質管理関連業務を遂行しています。
主な業務内容：
各種官公庁届出: 規制当局への届出書、申出書、及び報告書を作成し提出し、法令遵守のために必要な書類手続きを行います。
化学物質管理業務: SDS（安全データシート）やラベルの作成、法令点検などを通じて、化学物質の取り扱いに関する法令遵守を確保します。
規制動向の把握と法改正対応: 新たな法令・規制の施行時には、社内の関連情報を分析し、必要な手続きを適切に進めます。また、最新の法令や業界動向を監視し、組織の対応策を提案・実行します。
社内研修: 社内の関連部門に対して、化学物質管理に関するトレーニングを提供し、知識の普及を図ります。
問題解決: 化学物質の取り扱いに関連する問題について、経験と的確な判断を基に解決策を検討し、提案・実行します。
必要なスキル・経験：
化学物質管理や関連法令に関する深い理解を有し、日本や海外のSDS作成など具体的な職務経験がある方。
複数年の経験を基に、PS&R分野に対する詳細な理解をお持ちの方。
他のチームメンバーや関係者に対して支援・指導を行う能力がある方。
業務に関する状況を良く理解し、日本語や英語による円滑なコミュニケーションができる方。
自立して業務を遂行し、成果を上げる能力をお持ちの方。

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*. We also announced that we would retain the Water business. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and successful separation process for the Future Electronics business.
