**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Microservices and Java Webservices. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain Microservices and Java Webservices to ensure seamless integration and functionality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure high availability and performance. + Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. + Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment. + Ensure that all developed services are scalable secure and maintainable. + Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status and deliverables. + Ensure that all solutions comply with regulatory and compliance requirements. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in Microservices and Java Webservices. + Have experience in developing and maintaining scalable and secure web services. + Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. + Show proficiency in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality. + Exhibit strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Have experience in the full software development lifecycle. + Display knowledge of automated testing frameworks. + Stay updated with industry trends and technologies. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. + Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. + Possess a strong understanding of software development best practices. + Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. **Certifications Required** Certified Java Developer Certified Microservices developer Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
