Sales Support Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to process predictor functionality, based on advanced machine learning models, enables operators to predict the behavior of production processes before the action is taken in the real plant.With Process Predictor the operators can simulate various scenarios and see trend curves in real time, enabling them to make confident and validated decisions in seconds.The work model for the role is: hybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation in Ostrava.You will be mainly accountable for:• Customer Engagement: Visit customers, present the ABB Process Predictor, and collaborate with customer key-personnel to identify suitable process sections for implementation.• Data analysis and Sales Collaboration: Evaluate customer data and Collaborate with the 800xA Simulator Sales team to negotiate pricing and delivery terms.• Model Training and Deployment: Assist in preparation, installation, configuration, and support of Process Predictor. Ensure optimal model performance through regular evaluations, Follow-up meetings.

Qualifications for the role

Strong communication and presentation skills. Technical background in control systems (800xA preferred) and process automation. Experience with RFQ processes and subscription-based sales models is a plus.
