The Product Owner role is part of the Power Platform team. As PO, you are end to end accountable for the Power Platform product, meaning governance, development and delivery of Power Platform solutions and all services around it. The governance is scoped on the full Power Platform and all its capabilities including Power Apps, Powe Automate, Co Pilot Studios, Power Pages, whereas the delivery is only scoped for the Power Apps capabilities.
You own the product vision, strategy and roadmap of the product team and the financial health of the product. The product Owner represents the voice of the customer and is responsible to ensure alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
Your responsibilities would include:
being accountable for the end-to-end development and delivery of the product working with business/end users to establish, maintain, and refine product requirements and the product backlog building a product vision: defining, owning and communicating the product vision and roadmap owning the user experience, understanding end-user business value, and prioritizing accordingly creating, maintaining, and managing the product budget acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team aligning with Global Information Security scope and ensuring a secured environment (patching, upgrading, migrating, etc.) for this function managing partner relations and contracts in support of the delivery of the product being responsible and accountable for maximizing the value of Power Platform within the organization. This value can range from security compliance, efficient delivery through automation and pipelines to growing adoption on the platforms governing and enabling federated teams and business developers by means of self-service concepts and providing guardrails, automation and observability capabilities to increase time to market of integrations.
You are a good candidate if you have:
bachelors or master’s degree in IT/computer science related studies
minimum of 5+ years experience as a product owner or similar role
experience in an agile environment, preferably functioning in a product team running SCRUM or Kanban
an entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences including senior management
good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform
familiarity/experience with low code applications, automations and copilot, both on development and governance set up
stakeholder management skills
work experience, years of experience required in a complex international environment (countries/regions)
proven experience in managing global teams, creating a trusted, business-focused mindset, and developing secure design strategies for related services

PSPO certification experience managing budgets experience in a complex/multinational environment experience with the Power Platform
