You will independently deliver against recruiting goals and work closely with the wider Asia Pacific TA team to drive excellence in full cycle of Hiring and TA related projects. The Job: As a Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll be part of our T&O Comercial team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to: Responsible for planning and execution for marketing initiatives of assigned products/brands.Responsible for new product launch matters including pricing, demand forecast, promotion and advertising campaignAssist on the production of marketing materials, catalogues, posters, collaterals, digital marketing asset, etc. for responsible product categoryAssist on product training and content creationsDevelop and implement marketing strategies to meet and overachieve product sales and gross margin target.Perform a range of activities to market assigned products/brands effectively such as market research, setting prices, launching new products, managing product portfolio, overseeing marketing communications and monitoring product sales performance.Be the recognized expert in the business on the responsible product, relevant technology and competitionsStudies the market and identifies new opportunities for new product. Supports management with research and analysis of competitor, market and industry trends and activitiesManage product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for both Modern Channel and Traditional/ Industrial channel.Work closely with Global/Regional product team for new product development and marketing strategyWork closely with sales & field demonstration teams to ensure conducting effective marketing activities, product demonstration, and trainingWork closely with supply chain team on product demand forecast and inventory managementThe Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
