This role puts you at the center of how organizations build trust, manage risk, and drive performance across HR, Finance, and Operations. You'll define the security architecture for our analytical decision systems and lead the next generation of Payroll Analytics—turning complexity into clarity and data into action.
At the core is Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)—the intelligence layer powering our People Leader Workbench and guiding C-level decisions. Your job? Make it secure, intuitive, and globally scalable.
What You’ll Own
Security by Design – Lead the product strategy for security across People Analytics. Architect controls that scale globally while staying simple to manage. Payroll Insights that Drive Impact – Deliver analytics that optimize payroll analytics, compliance, equity, and cost control across geographies. Trust at Scale – Create frameworks for secure data integrations across Oracle and external systems—without creating compliance risk. End-to-End Leadership – Collaborate across design, engineering, data science, and legal to deliver products that executives trust and users adopt.Why This Role Matters

Experience in BI/analytics platforms (OAC, Power BI, Tableau). An understanding of global data protection standards (GDPR, SOX, PIPL).
