About the role
As part of the expansion of our Global Products Portfolio, we are looking to hire a Product Manager to oversee the rollout and regional adaptation of these products within the CEMEA region, to ensure a successful go-to-market that aligns with the specific needs of our regional clients.
Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Oversight & Representation of CEMEA Needs
Analyze the specific characteristics of the CEMEA markets and gather customer feedback on our global products
Evaluate competitors' value propositions to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement or localization
Act as the voice of CEMEA clients within global product teams and business units, influencing product roadmaps and decision-making processes
Coordination of Global Product RolloutsServe as the main point of contact for the Global Product Portfolio: value proposition, key features, use cases, target audiences, and USPs
Coordinate the operational rollout of global products
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Field Team SupportWork closely with sales, marketing, customer success, support, and operations teams
Centralize and adapt product-related materials
Partner with the Sales Enablement lead to ensure CEMEA sales teams are well-equipped to effectively promote global products
RequirementsProven experience in Product Management or Product Operations preferably in an international or multi-market environment
Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, go-to-market strategy, and complex portfolio management
Ability to analyze customer and market insights and turn them into actionable product recommendations
Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills
Fluent in English
