Product Manager (m/f/d)
Job Description

Danfoss Power Solutions designs and manufactures a complete range of engineered components and systems. We are seeking a Product Manager (m/f/d) for our Specialty Business Unit at our site in Baden-Baden.  

The Specialty Business Unit at Danfoss is dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions for fluid conveyance and connection challenges across a wide range of industries.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you lead the product category in the region. That means you are responsible for implementing growth strategies to drive product profitability, volume, mix, market share improvement, and price. You will work with other Product Managers to establish and execute strategic plans for one or multiple dedicated product lines globally.


Key Responsibilities:

 

Developing product roadmaps and driving strategic initiatives, project and initiative funnels Analyzing regional market & customer needs and preparing business plans for NPD (New Product Development) and CPE (Current Product Engineering) projects Creating forecasts for New Product Development projects and requesting safety stock implementations Acquiring knowledge on competitors, market share, and potential threats Visiting customers and providing customer training to support marketing and sales teams Background & Skills

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Engineering Ca. 3-5 years’ experience in a related field. Market and Competitor Awareness Energetic, willing to find compromises between multiple and sometimes conflicting interests in a global environment Great communication & presentation skills Fluent English language skills
