What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager for our Intranet, you will be part of our Digital Experience team, responsible for enhancing our associate intranet.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Marketing & Communications.

Conducting analysis using internal and external data (e.g., customer, user, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive business decisions.

Working closely with the Senior Product Manager to validate the initial feasibility of product ideas in the product backlog.

Effectively assimilating requirements and establishing technical specifications for engineering.

Supporting the Intranet Product Team with setting objectives.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, passionate about improving the employee experience, and has a strong analytical mind. You should have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or other quantitative fields, or commensurate professional experience.

Prior experience as an Associate Product Manager, Technical Product Analyst, or Business Analyst in the field of online/web/digital/mobile.

Excellent analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with employee intranets or collaboration platforms.

Experience working with content management platforms.
