Product Manager About the Team

We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket Division at our location in Shanghai.

 

What you can look forward to as Product Manager: Implement regional product range development plans to achieve KPI targets. Manage go-to-market strategy, service readiness, and sales readiness for new product introductions (NPIs). Screen the portfolio, identify exclusivity and roadblocks, and release OE conversion products. Ensure product master data is up-to-date and visible to customers. Handle change management processes (PLM, DCN, ECN, SCN) for the portfolio. Coordinate cross-referencing against competitors and OE to meet customer range demands. Process range, product, and commercial-related requests from customers. Your Profile as Product Manager: Experience in product management, specification, and development processes. Familiarity with ZF products, footprint, structures, and processes, especially GD-PEP. Strong strategic and analytic thinking skills. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills. Proven drive for results and execution, with a focus on achieving KPI targets. Relevant education and professional experience. Specific knowledge (e.g., CATIA, SAP BW) and technical ability. Social competence and ability to work in a team. Travel and language skills as required. Why you should choose ZF in Shanghai?
