Product Engineering Manager

Based from our newly refurbished state-of-the art Leicester office in the UK, you will be part of the Customer Support organisation that includes front-line technical support, working closely with customers on a variety of topics to address problems.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Lead a team of DeltaV Subject Matter Experts Escalate and communicate critical customer issues both at the technical and business level Execute the strategies defined by the Lifecycle Services team Collaborate with customers, Technical Support, and local offices on technical solutions to DeltaV applications Provide end user feedback to Marketing and Technology regarding DeltaV software based on investigation of field issues Generate close consultative long-term relationships with key Emerson customers to assist with their DeltaV support needs Handle technical investigations around customer issues within the DeltaV Product Who You Are:
