In this role, you will: + Lead the development of innovative new products from customer engagement to commercialisation. + Solve technical challenges and implement product improvements across our existing portfolio. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, sourcing, and manufacturing, to deliver robust and manufacturable product designs. + Design and test prototypes, conduct material reviews, and optimise designs for cost and performance. + Drive engineering excellence by introducing creative solutions, improving processes, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and market standards.
