The Manager, Strategy & Analytics (Spend Management) will play key role in the delivery of Value Analytics for Procurement. This Manager will lead spend management and reporting and will own the management of the indirect Procurement Spend Cube, and all reporting for Procurement. This manager will also partner with LogicSource to manage the monthly data enrichment process and regular enhancements to our spend cube. This manager will lead the execution of our spend taxonomy evolution and deliver updates/training to the broader procurement team on extracting and capturing spend. This manager will also partner closely with the value analytics team to ensure appropriate information and data inputs into category and sourcing spend analytics.

Contribute to a fundamental shift from reactive procurement analytics to proactive and strategic procurement analytics and reporting requires this individual to have responsibility over the procurement spend cube and all reportingBuild partnerships with internal procurement team members, business partners in finance, legal and our business along with our external sourcing service providerProvide procurement partnership to internal category teams and also to partner stakeholder teams like Legal, FP&A, Cyber, Technology Vendor Management, Enterprise PlanningSupport our ProcurementCvo through optimization of spend data and improved visibility to spend and contracts data Support leadership in and execute on advancements in procurement reporting and data analytics, powering through AI to drive thoughtful and detailed spend and contract visibilityPartner closely with FP&A and participate in the Procurement Value Delivery process and value capture methodologyManage the procurement spend cube through monthly data enrichment, update and refresh of all data, delivery of monthly procurement reportingPartner closely with Procurement Value Analytics to ensure correct information and data inputs into category and sourcing spend analyticsOwn regular enhancements to our spend cube along with optimization of our spend taxonomy, including preparation and delivery of training to broader procurement team and business partners on this evolutionKey decisions: spend and contracts data management; monthly data enrichment, cube refresh and spend distribution updates; spend cube evolution; reporting needs and evolutionqualifications

Leads the management and evolution of indirect procurement spend cube, including data enrichment, system updates with data and inputs, taxonomy management and enhancement, supplier master data inputs, parent-child supplier data management.Reporting: Advanced. Creates and manages updates to procurement reports, including but not limited to spend reporting, contract analysis and reporting, project landscape reporting, supplier attributes reporting. Inputs into value delivery capture methodology and calculations alongside FP&A partners.Systems: Advanced. Extracts information and data from across procurement systems (source to contract + project management system) to inform reporting needsProcess/Continuous Improvement: Intermediate – develops and improves upon existing processes that focuses on delivery of value through data visibility and connected to Procurement Process.Ownership: Advanced - Has the ability to handle complex data issues. Takes ownership of issues and sees them through resolution while providing guidance and support to other team members.Analytics: Advanced.
