Ingredion is hiring a Intern for Payroll based out of the GDL location.  This role will be reporting to the Senior Analyst Payroll and collaborate within a dynamic, team oriented environment.  This role execute payroll transactions for US & Canada business, ensuring transactions are accurate and properly stated. Participate in the month end and year end closing process as required.

Core Responsibilities:

Assist in the analysis and documentation of current procurement processes at various sites.Collaborate with procurement to identify best practices and areas for improvement.Support the development and implementation of standardized procurement procedures and guidelines.Assist in the creation of training materials and conduct training sessions for site procurement teams.Monitor and report on the progress of the standardization project, ensuring milestones are met.

Qualified candidates will have:

Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Continuous improvement orientedFluency in English is a plusKnowledge in SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus.
