The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement and Subcontracts Manager to join our well-established team. The role will play a critical role in leading procurement strategies and managing subcontracting processes to ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services consistent with KBR and Infrastructure Solutions values and strategic direction. This position is responsible for optimising procurement activities, fostering strong vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations with a focus on delivering value and mitigating risks while supporting project objectives.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role you will have a strong background within a business management or contracting organisation along with experience in subcontract and procurement management, with a focus on subcontract management.
Other requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration/Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent is desirable.Familiarity with contract law and regulatory compliance.Strong negotiation and contract management skillsExperience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering organisational change.Experience in industry policy and practicesProficiency in finance software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Who are we?
