Your ‘day to day’: 

Deploy OPEN+ across the factory, aligning IOS deployment with RTT affiliate and Pillars teams.Monitor OPEN+ impact on capability building and business.Train and coach employees, acting as a member on up to 4 pillars.Design and implement the factory OPEN+ communication strategy with the communication representative.Ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies.Complete Sustainability training and apply knowledge at work.Maintain clean work areas and use personal protective equipment.Participate in Sustainability programs and report violations.Conduct safety training and risk assessments for subordinates.Collaborate with the Sustainability department to improve safety procedures.Support the Quality Pillar & Function (OPEN+ related).Adopt and improve best practices, coordinating training for OPEN+ Foundation deployment.Enhance DIGITAL CAPABILITY and manage reapplication across the site.Support FI pillar deployment and Six Sigma Methodology.Develop capabilities through HC and SUC assessments.Focus on key suppliers and logistics.Communicate the impact of OPEN+ deployment on capability building and business.Implement regional OPEN+ communication strategy and engage stakeholders.Support OPEN+ implementation with coaches and trainers.Train and certify teams on OPEN+ methodology and tools.Coordinate IOS deployment preparation activities.

MUST BE: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorshipMUST BE: Within commutable distance to Stamford, CTPREFERABLE: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or similar field, vocational training or 4 years of experiencePREFERABLE: Experience with IWS/ DMS/ Open+/ Lean manufacturingREQUIRED EXPERIENCE: College graduate/ Early Career or 2+ years within manufacturing in similar position
