Job Responsibilities:

What you can expect

Coordinate the release of GEP

Monitor ongoing activities between Codebeamer and Stages for upcoming releasesReview GEP elements to ensure process standards are being followedCoordinate with the process leads and/or process area leads in defining the content for a releaseCoordinate the process release with QMS

Work in-depth with the required tools of GEPMT to coordinate

Codebeamer

Planning of Codebeamer Goals, Epics, and User StoriesCoordinate the update of activities, work products and their definitions with the GEP teamCreate dashboards to track key topics (e.g. User Stories)

Stages

Monitor and/or update key elements of the process within Stages (as mapped in Codebeamer)

JIRA

Monitor and/or update JIRA ticketsQuality Management Systems Team, with understanding severity ratings and management of ticketsEngineering Community tickets for improvements to the process.  (Currently - temporary transition to the PMT IR system)Co-manage the transition from PMT IR system to JIRA system for improvement requests

Process Methods Tools Improvement Request (PMT IR) System

Monitor and update status of IRs

Work closely with KP owners to refine the interfaces between Key Processes (KPs) and Global Engineering Process (GEP/KP03)

Participate or coordinate meetings (recurring or focused) to address issues/challenges/opportunitiesCoordinate activities to address interfaces and resolve any gaps or inconsistencies between processes

Assist in the understanding of global process with numerous stakeholders (including Process Leads, Process Area Leads, KP Owners, Quality Management Systems Team) through

Co-Lead the Scrum of Scrum meetings1:1 coaching/mentoring

Coordinate Improvements to the GEP

QMS tickets

Manage with process leads and/or process area leads critical tickets during the review cycle prior to the release of a processManage with process leads and/or process area leads all other tickets based on defined timing in ticketsCoordinate with QMS GEP sub-process that will be released

GEP Interfaces

Identify, manage or coordinate interfaces between the sub-processes within GEP

Lead the Process Methods Tools Improvement Request process

Monitor the submission of Process Improvement Requests (PMT IRs) and align requests for Change Control Board (CCB) meetingsCo-coordinate PMT IRs for weekly meetingsChair the CCBUpdate the metrics file weekly for status of IRs
