+ Act as the primary client interface, providing advisory support and fostering strong relationships to drive mutual success.
+ Ensure billing accuracy and manage change effectively, providing advisory guidance to maintain client satisfaction and compliance.
+ Facilitate best practice sharing and offer advisory support to match company solutions with client needs and opportunities.
+ **Candidate Profile:**
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ COPC Certificate
+ Ability to drive change.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
+ Analytical approach and Logical thinking.
+ Self-starter with a sense of urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
+ Two years of relevant experience preferred.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence stakeholders.
+ Openness to receive guidance and direction while developing competence through structured assignments.
