Job Title: Process Engineer

Reports To: Manufacturing Engineering Manager

What will you do:

As a Process Engineer, you will:

Develop, configure, and optimize operational processesAssess processes, take measurements, and interpret data.Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes.Develop standard methodologies, routines, and innovative solutions to enhance production rates and improve the quality of output.Perform process simulations.Handle cost and time constraints.Provide process documentation and operating instructions.Ensure processes align with GMP, ISO 13485, and other regulatory standards.Implement Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.

How will you get here:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum one-year relevant experienceConfirmed work experience in process engineering.In-depth knowledge of process-related standards.Hands-on experience with process simulations.Familiarity with health and safety guidelines.Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the medical devices sector.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.
