Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate the Global Engineering processes development for the designated process areas as neededCollaborate with the Engineering Methods and Tools for standardizationProcess improvement – improvement requests, quality findingsAccountable for PA leads and their respective areas deliverables in concordance to defined deliverablesSupports on GEP communication sessions and deploymentPI Planning outputs (with process leads)Drive and improve collaboration, improvements, throughout GEP organizationSupport process area deliverablesParticipation of global workshops and working groups with key stakeholdersCoordination of project management activitiesGuide process leads in management of user stories in CodebeamerSupport internal/ external auditsPropose opportunities for improvements

What you'll bring

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent3-5 years previous experienceAbility to effectively communicate with a broad range of stakeholdersInterpersonal/ networking skills, communicative and engaging leaderAnalytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsOpen-minded to new processes and changesEnglish, advanced levelKnowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; MS Power BI)Codebeamer and Stages knowledgeProject management certification is preferred
