Process and Technology Specialist
We are adding a Process and Technology Specialist to our Global Business Operations Services team, who will be responsible for supporting various functions, technologies, and processes associated with them. This Individual will be part of our Process, Technology, and Insights team and will work closely with the leaders, SMEs, and IT teams to help optimize processes utilizing technology to drive efficiencies across the organization. + Reviewing, analyzing, and implementing improved business processes. + Updates documentation as needed to support changes. + Communicates and works directly with users globally to help resolve their process/technology-related questions and issues. + As a technical expert, validates changes through testing/UAT. + Keeps users informed of problems, issues, and resolutions. + Supports training end-users as well as developing and maintaining training documentation. + Meets with global teams as necessary to discuss and gather business processes and requirements. + Supports implementation of technology changes. + Works with IT to prioritize the needs of each resolver team. + Represents Business Operations Services on Global Corporate Initiatives. + Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. + Performs other duties as directed. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience. + Exceptional presentation skills, excelling in both creating and delivering content. + Strong written and oral communication skills. + Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. + Adept at working across global time zones and cultures. + Strong core delivery and critical thinking skills. + A high level of business acumen and ability to understand business processes. + Strong strategic orientation, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. #LI-PH1 #Hybrid UL LLC has been and will continue to be an equal opportunity employer.
