No relocation is offered** **Work Location:** Dallas, TX **Overview** : We are seeking a Principal Content Strategist with a blend of creativity and strategic expertise to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic content development, possess exceptional writing and editing skills, and demonstrate a sharp attention to detail. As a forward-thinker, you’ll craft content strategies that align with AT&T’s brand goals while driving results. This role focuses on creating compelling content for Consumer Wireless and Fiber offers. A deep understanding of content best practices and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are essential. **Key Responsibilities:** Content Strategy + Develop and implement content strategies that foster engagement and align with organizational goals. + Continuously refine and improve content to ensure clarity, impact, and relevance. + Conduct research to understand audience needs and preferences. + Maintain expertise in assigned product/portfolio areas. + Monitor content performance and recommend improvements using data and user feedback. Content Creation and Management + Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to AT&T’s brand guidelines and messaging standards. Collaboration and Coordination + Work closely with sales, design, and operations teams to maintain consistent and cohesive messaging across platforms. Internal Website and Document Repository + Oversee the strategy, maintenance, and optimization of AT&T’s internal website and document repository. **Qualifications:** + Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred. + Experience: + 7+ years in content creation, content strategy, or related fields. + Experience in selling telecom solutions is a plus. + Proven ability to manage large-scale content projects in agile environments. + Skills: + Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. + Strong project management and organizational capabilities. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. + Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools. Familiarity with Adobe Workfront is a plus. + Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex scenarios, and make data-driven decisions.
