Job Description:

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Principal Business Strategy Manager to lead strategic initiatives at the intersection of cutting-edge Agentic/Generative AI technologies and business operations. This role will drive the evaluation, implementation, and governance of AI use cases while ensuring financial discipline, effective program management, and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
AI Use Case Intake and Evaluation:
•    Lead the intake and assessment of Agentic/Generative AI use cases, identifying opportunities to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, expected outcomes, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
•    Prioritize and recommend AI use cases for implementation, balancing business impact, feasibility, and resource allocation.
•    Stay informed about emerging AI trends and technologies to proactively identify new opportunities.
Finance Process Implementation:
•    Develop and implement financial processes to support benefit forecasting, tracking actuals, and budget allocations for AI and other strategic initiatives.
•    Partner with finance teams to create robust models for ROI analysis and financial reporting across AI programs.
•    Monitor financial performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize budget utilization.
Governance and Escalations:
•    Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI-related initiatives comply with organizational policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
•    Act as a central point of escalation to resolve risks, roadblocks, or cross-functional challenges in AI and other strategic programs.
•    Facilitate executive-level discussions to support informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
Project Delivery Monitoring:
•    Oversee the successful delivery of AI-driven projects and other business initiatives, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and on budget.
•    Implement monitoring mechanisms, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and proactively address risks or delays.
•    Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to optimize delivery strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
General Program Management:
•    Manage multiple high-impact programs, driving alignment with organizational goals and fostering collaboration across teams.
•    Create and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and communication plans to ensure transparency and stakeholder buy-in.
•    Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across all programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
•    8+ years of experience in business strategy, program management, or a related role, with a strong focus on emerging technologies (AI experience is a plus).
•    Demonstrated expertise in financial processes, including benefit forecasting, budget management, and ROI analysis.
•    Proven ability to manage governance frameworks and handle escalations effectively.
•    Strong understanding of Agentic/Generative AI concepts and their practical applications in business environments.
•    Exceptional program and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
•    Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to navigate ambiguity and create actionable solutions.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills:
•    Experience in evaluating and implementing AI technologies in enterprise environments.
•    Familiarity with ethical considerations and governance frameworks specific to AI.
•    Knowledge of tools and platforms related to AI development and deployment.
