The Marketing Communications Supervisor will lead a team responsible for implementing and managing communication strategies. The Supervisor will ensure that all marketing materials reflect the company’s brand and message accurately. This role is crucial in mentoring team members and driving the success of our marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Brand Management: • Developing and maintaining brand guidelines and standards • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels • Managing relationships with external agencies and vendors to support brand initiatives • Monitoring and responding to customer feedback and inquiries related to the brand Content Creation and Distribution: • Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing content, including but not limited to: • Social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, advertisements, and website content • Ensuring all content is on brand, engaging, and optimized for different platforms and audiences • Tracking and reporting on content performance and making recommendations for improvement Event Planning and Execution: • Planning and executing events to promote the brand and products/services • Coordinating with event vendors, sponsors, and partners • Managing event budgets and logistics • Measuring and reporting on the success of events and making recommendations for future events Public Relations and Media Relations: • Developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets and journalists • Writing press releases and pitching stories to media outlets • Monitoring and responding to media coverage and managing crisis communications • Coordinating interviews and media appearances for company executives and spokespeople. Team Management: • Understand team dynamics and effective management practices. Supervisors should be adept at balancing individual tasks with overseeing team performance. • Conflict Resolution: Ability to address conflicts within the team professionally and constructively. • Motivational Skills: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
